Recorded at his new home in Zaragoza in the spring of 2022, Le Cierzo is Tony McDowell, alias Lil' Tone, stretching back to his singer-songwriter roots whilst experimenting with the uncanny.

"Let In Emptiness" raises the curtain with a fitting mantra towards love, zen and curiosity. Groovy beats meet transcendental harmonica melodies.
"She's A Goldmine" follows up with raw, unapologetic energy and a message d'amour to one's musical muse.
"Hopping Mad" takes us to gentler yet mysterious waters, diving into the depths and darkness of insanity.
The first part of the album ends with "Le Cierzo", an ode to the Aragonese wind that shapes in unpredictable ways the daily life of Zaragozans.

Side B begins with a ballad in hommage to a fellow excentric. "Ferdinand Cheval" is about a XIX century French rural postman from Hauterives, who single-handedly built, over a backbreaking period of 33 years, a palace made of clay and stones in his back garden. As mad as this sounds, this is a true story about an ordinary man laying out his extraordinary dreams.
"Clubs Not Corporations" is an honest modern-day attack on the sportswashing entities perverting community-based activities, such as club football.
"Falling Out With Good Friends Sucks" is a warm reminder that friendship matters, including with oneself, and that life's lessons are learned from both the joys and pains of nurturing these ties.
Finally, the album finished with a little hound wagging it's tail. "Chien Vert" is a jazzy stroll around the park with the nicest companion one could only wish for.
